Westminster PD Officer Jezulin first to administer life-saving nasal spray in the field
Officer Jezulin answered a call from the east side of Westminster about a possible heroin overdose of a 27-year old man.
When Officer Jezulin arrived at the scene, the 27 year old had no pulse. He adminstered the narcan, a nasal spray specifically designed to stop the effects of an overdose.
After 60-90 seconds, the man started to breathe again. Officer Jezulin saved his life.
